Phosphorous may have been on hot beach rocks in CA

This image provided by the Orange County Health Care Agency shows rocks picked up on a Southern California beach by a woman, which later ignited inside the woman's shorts, leaving her with severe burns. Authorities say phosphorous may have coated these beach rocks. The woman's children earlier had picked up the rocks on San Onofre State Beach in San Diego County.
